The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Implementation Of A Comprehensive Cybersecurity System As Part Of The Grant Competition Entitled Cybersecure Waterworks Implemented By The Municipal Utilities Department In Żórawina. Project Title Safe Network, Safe Water.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Product And Price Form - Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz, In The Technical Information Sheets - Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Swz - And In The Contract Template - Attached As Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm) Specified In Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On Establishing A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments (The So-Called Eu Taxonomy), And The Expected Delivery Of The Indicated Products Will Not Have A Significant Negative Impact On Any Of The Six Environmental Objectives. Referred To In Art. 17 Above Regulations, I.E.: Climate Change Mitigation, Adaptation To Climate Change, Sustainable Use And Protection Of Water And Marine Resources, Transition To A Circular Economy, Pollution Prevention And Control, As Well As Protection And Restoration Of Biodiversity And Ecosystems.
