Tenders are invited for Provision of Venue Rental, Accommodation, Catering, Workshop Spaces and Related Event Services. Closing Date: Saturday, 08. Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Conflict Resolution, Social & Cultural Development, Training & Capacity Building Venue Rental, Accommodation, Catering, Workshop Spaces & Related Event Services The Arab Resource Center for Popular Arts (ARCPA) is implementing the FANN Project with the support of the European Union (EU) and Brot für die Welt (BftW). The FANN Project promotes arts, culture, creative expression, and community engagement as tools for strengthening social cohesion, inclusion, and positive narratives among Palestinian refugees and marginalized communities in Lebanon. The Arab Resource Center for Popular Arts (ARCPA) invites qualified hotels, retreat centers, educational institutions, conference venues, and other eligible service providers to submit quotations for hosting the FANN Capacity Building Encounter, a six-day residential event for approximately 8290 participants. The required services include: Accommodation Catering (three meals per day) Conference and workshop facilities Audiovisual equipment and technical support Spaces for cultural, recreational, and sports activities Wi-Fi and other related event services Interested service providers are invited to review the complete Request for Quotation (RFQ) and submit their offers in accordance with the specified requirements and deadlines.
