The City Of Nieheim Is Planning The Conversion And Energy-Efficient Renovation Of The Nieheim Town Hall Into A House Of Culture And Associations. This Project Is Supported By The Erdf Funding For Energy-Efficient Public Buildings And Urban Development Funding. The Measure Includes The Modernization Of The Existing Hall Areas Including The Stage, The Energetic Upgrade Of The Existing Building As Well As A Replacement New Building As A Solid Building With Monolithic Masonry Made Of Perforated Bricks And Reinforced Concrete Ceilings. The Aim Is To Create A Sustainable, Multifunctional Cultural Event And Club Location, Taking Into Account The Functional, Technical, Energy And Fire Protection Requirements. In The Area Of Energy Renovation (Existing), The Trade Includes The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Electrical Systems From The Sub-Distributions Onwards, Including The Complete Installation Systems Such As Long-Span Cable Trays, Installation Ducts And Pipes. The Conventional Installation Includes Protective Contacts And Cee Sockets Up To 32A. In Addition, Modern Bus Technology Based On Knx-Tp Is Integrated With Multifunctional Buttons, Room Temperature Controllers And Dali Presence Detectors For Intelligent Lighting And Climate Control. General Lighting Is Provided Via Energy-Efficient, Dali-2 Dimmable Led Pendant Lights And Led Downlights. The Scope Of Services Also Includes The Ready-To-Use Connection Of Fans, Fire Doors And Rwa Systems As Well As The Construction Of A Fire Alarm System. In The Area Of Replacement Construction And Interior Design, The Work Extends To The Low-Voltage Switchgear Including The Main Distribution As Well As The In-House Power Supply Systems. In Addition To The Comprehensive Low-Voltage Installation Systems And The Passive It Network Structure (Data Transmission Networks), Comprehensive Safety Lighting Is Being Installed. The Area Also Includes Communication Technology Systems Such As Electro-Acoustics, Nurse Calls And Extended Hazard Warning Systems.
