Execution Of Double Sidewalks On Several Streets In The Municipality Of Sant Adrià De Besòs.This Project Has Been Drafted By The Territorial Service Of The Sant Adrià De Besòsel Town Council Content Of This Is: Document 1. Report And Annexes Document 2. Plans Document 3. Technical Conditions Document 4. Budget Sant Adrià De Besòsel Town Council Promotes The Present Project With The Aim Of Completely Renovating The Sidewalks Located On Llull, Olímpic And Joan Fiveller Streets, In Response To Deterioration And The Deficiencies Of Accessibility Detected In These Sections. The Current Sidewalks Present, In A Combined Way, Deteriorated Pavements (Cracks, Sinking And Broken Pieces), Irregular Shrubs, Roots That Break The Pavement, Fords With Insufficient Step Width And Fords Without Adapted Recesses (For Pedestrians Or Vehicles). The Proposed Solution Consists In The Total Renewal Of The Pavement Sidewalk On Carrers Llull, Olímpic And Joan Fiveller, Including The Demolition And Removal Of The Existing Pavement, The Review And Leveling Of The Base, And The Placement Of A New Continuous, Homogeneous And Anti-Slip Pavement. The Renovation Of Sidewalks And Gutters Is Also Contemplated. The Present Project Refers Exclusively To The Sidewalk Sections Of The Following Streets, Without Affecting The Rest Of The Municipalitys Road Network: • Carrer Llull (Between Rafael Perona Cortés And Rambla De La Mina) • Carrer Olímpic (In Its Entirety But Only The North Sidewalk) • Carrer Joan Fiveller (In Its Entirety But Only The South Sidewalk)• Carretera De Mataró (Only The Construction Of Fords For Pedestrians, In Order To Make The Crossings Accessible) This Technical Specification Proposes The Execution Of The Works Within A Period Of One And A Half (1.5) Months. The Contractor Will Have To Develop The Safety Plan Based On The Safety And Health Study Of The Project. The Total Budget Will Be Included In The Item 104.1532.61900.2026002 Of The Municipal Budget Of The Year 2026. This Award Will Be Subject To The Suspense Condition Of Final Approval Of The Project.
