The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Performing The Function Of An Engineer Within The Meaning Of The Fidic Contract Conditions For The Purposes Of Implementing The Investment Entitled: Widening Of The Section Of The Waterway On The Approach To The Sea Port In Świnoujście (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Investment). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requests The Contractor To Provide A Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract In The Amount Of 5% Of The Total Gross Offer Price. The Security Must Be Provided In Full, Regardless Of The Form In Which It Is Provided, No Later Than On The Day Of Concluding The Contract, But Before Signing It.
