Road Construction Works - Execution Of Works For The Investment Objective Road Modernization, Pavement Development And Construction Of A Rainwater Acceptance System Tunari Municipality, Ilfov County. Modernization Works Of 14 Streets In The Town Of Tunari, With A Total Length Of 7578.00M. The Street Route, From A Legal Point Of View, Represents The Public Domain Of Local Interest And Is Part Of The Street Network Of The Tunari Commune. The Works That Are The Object Of The Project Fall Into Category C - Works Of Normal Importance, Determined According To Hg 766/21.11.1997, Hg 675/03.07.2002 And Methodology For Establishing The Conditions For Compliance With The Norms And Standards Of The European Union, In Accordance With H.G. 766/1997 And Law 10/1995. The Contracting Authority Specifies That There Is No Obligation Regarding The Organization And Execution Of The Works Simultaneously On All The Roads/Sectors Included In The Contract. The Execution Sequence And Stages Of The Works Will Be Established By The General Investment Realization Chart (Gantt Chart) Presented In The Technical Proposal, In Compliance With The Total Execution Term Provided In The Specifications. At The Same Time, The Bidders Have The Obligation To Technologically Correlate The Execution Of The Rainwater Collection System With The Realization Of The Road Structure And Of The Sidewalks, So As To Ensure Optimal Work Fronts And To Minimize The Discomfort Of Traffic Participants; To Take Into Account The Flow Of Traffic And To Ensure The Access Of Emergency Vehicles (Ambulance, Firemen) The Traffic Management Plan And The Schedule Of Execution Phases Will Be Subject To The Approval Of The Contracting Authority And The Traffic Police, In The Phase Of Obtaining The Break-In Authorization/Opinion Of Traffic Restrictions. From A Legal Point Of View, The Streets Are Part Of The Street Network Of Tunari. At The Moment, The Streets Have A Structure At The Level Of Asphalt Carpets, As A Result Of The Interventions On The Networks. The Traffic On These Streets Is Registered In The Traffic Class Easy, Being Made Up Of The Cars Of The Residents. In The Longitudinal Profile, The Roads Are Generally Below 2%. In The Transverse Profile, The Roadway Is Bordered By Grassy Areas, Up To The Property Line Made On The Spot Resulted In The Fact That The Water Collection, Routing And Evacuation Devices Are Missing, So That The Water Flows Uncontrolled On The Road Side, Towards The Marginal Green Areas.
