The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Execution Of Works Related To The Investment Objective Restoration And Sustainable Valorization Of The Cultural Heritage Of Făgăraș Municipality - Făgăraș Citadel Architectural Complex - Castle And North Guard Corps - South Guard Corps And Gate Entrance Tower. The Investment Aims To Carry Out Restoration, Consolidation, Rehabilitation And Enhancement Interventions On An Ensemble Classified As A Historical Monument Of National Importance, With The Aim Of Preserving The Built Cultural Heritage, Improving The Technical And Functional Condition Of The Buildings, As Well As Increasing The Touristic And Cultural Attractiveness Of The Municipality Of Făgăraş, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Financing Contract No. 831/30.06.2026. The Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Executed In Accordance With The Approved Technical-Economic Documentation, With The Approvals And Agreements Issued For The Investment, As Well As With The Technical And Legislative Regulations Applicable In The Field Of Constructions And The Protection Of Historical Monuments. Considering The Specifics Of The Investment And The Complexity Of The Interventions On The Existing Constructions, The Execution Of The Works Requires An Appropriate Organization Of The Activities, The Use Of Qualified Specialized Personnel And Compliance With The Requirements Regarding The Preservation And Protection Of Heritage Elements.
