The Object Of The Contract Is: The Provision Of Housing Services For 100 Students In The City Of Athens, In A Building In Apartments For One Or Two People, To Cover The Relocation Of A Total Of 100 Students Of The Athens Student Residence Due To Its Imminent Renovation For The Period From 09-01-2026 To 08-31-2027 With A 50% Option. In Any Case, The Obligation Starts From The Day After The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Following Codes Of The Common Vocabulary: • 70333000 - 4 Services Related To Housing • 70311000- 4 Services For Renting Or Selling Residential Buildings. • 79993100 – 2 Facilities Management Services. • 33180000-5 Operational Support The Estimated Value Of The Initial Contract, Without Vat, Amounts To €730,000.00, Vat 24% Amounts To €175,200.00. The Total Budget, Including Vat Amounts To €905,200.00. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Extend The Duration Of The Contract, Under The Same Conditions And Without Changing The Offered Price Per Bed And Per Day, For An Additional Period Of Six (6) Months, I.E. From 09-01-2027 To 02-29-2028. The Estimated Value Of The Option Amounts To €364,000.00 Excluding Vat, Plus Vat. 24% €87,360.00, I.E. A Total Of €451,360.00.
