The Concession Includes Complete Economic, Technical And Organizational Responsibility For The Guest Card Offering. The Concessionaire Bears The Essential Operational And Demand Risk. The Bidder Will Implement And Operate The Guest Cards At His Own Risk And Expense. The State Capital Of Munich Is Not Allowed To Share In The Losses.
