The Subject Of The Order Are Area Search Services Using Tracking Dogs In Connection With The Occurrence Of Asf In Wild Boars In The Piotrków District For The Needs Of The District Veterinary Inspectorate In Piotrków Trybunalski. 2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Locations Indicated By The District Veterinary Inspectorate In Piotrków Trybunalski In The Piotrków Trybunalski District. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Is Included In Annexes No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Assortment And Price Form. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Framework Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 5. The Framework Agreement Will Include All Services Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 6. Executive Orders Will Be Fulfilled By Piw Outside The Purchasing Platform. 7. The Scope Of Executive Orders Will Each Time Be Specified In The Invitation To Participate In The Executive Proceedings. 8. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That All Persons Performing The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Searching Areas With The Use Of Tracking Dogs In Connection With The Occurrence Of Asf In Wild Boars In The Piotrków District Are Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract, In Accordance With Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. 9. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Ordering Party, In Case Of Doubts Or Knowledge About The Contractors Failure To Perform The Obligation Referred To Above, Has The Right To Check The Contractors Compliance With The Above Requirement, In Particular By Informing The National Labor Inspectorate. If The Result Of The Pip Inspection Reveals Irregularities Regarding Failure To Fulfill The Above-Mentioned Obligation, The Ordering Party Will Charge Contractual Penalties, The Amount Of Which Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Obliges Subcontractors (E.G. By Applying Appropriate Provisions In The Contracts) To Employ The Above-Mentioned Persons Under An Employment Contract To Document And Submit Documents Enabling The Subcontractor To Be Inspected. The Contractor Will Also Be Responsible For Fulfilling This Obligation Towards Subcontractors. 10.
