Support Services For Railway Transport - Conducting Certification Of Gsm R Infrastructure In Accordance With The Requirements Of Tsi Ccs As Part Of The Project Construction Of Ertms/Gsm-R System Infrastructure On Pkp Plk S.A. Railway Lines As Part Of Npw Ertms - Phase Ii. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Ec Verification Of The Command And Signaling - Trackside Devices Subsystem In The Part Relating To The Gsm-R System, In The Scope Of Radio Voice Communication And Radio Data Exchange, In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Opz And In The Execution Orders (For Specific Areas) As A Set Of Activities Of The Contractor, Resulting In Obtaining An Ec Verification Certificate For The Commissioned Area. 2. The Contractor For The Command And Signaling - Trackside Devices Subsystem In The Scope Of The Gsm-R System (In The Radio Voice Communication And Radio Data Exchange Parts) Is To Perform The Following Activities: 2.1 Under The Framework Agreement, The Ordering Party Will Commission The Contractor To Carry Out The Ec Verification Process Of The Command And Signaling - Trackside Devices Subsystem In The Gsm-R Part To The Extent Specified In The Applicable Legal Provisions And Each Time Clarified In The Implementing Order For Compliance With Commission Implementing Regulation (Eu) 2023/1695 Of 10 August 2023 On The Technical Specification For Interoperability Regarding The Control-Command Subsystems Of The Railway System In The European Union And Repealing Regulation (Eu) 2016/919, As Amended. Died (Tsi Ccs 2023) Taking Into Account The Work Indicated In Chapter 6 Supplementary Information. The Ec Verification Process Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Appropriate Conformity Assessment Module Specified In The Applicable Legal Provisions And Indicated In The Implementing Order, In Accordance With Commission Decision No. 2010/713/Eu Of 9 November 2010 On Modules For Procedures For Assessing Conformity, Suitability For Use And Ec Verification Of Applied Technical Specifications For Interoperability Adopted Pursuant To Directive 2008/57/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council. 2.2. As A Result Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Issue An Ec Verification Certificate, Provided That The Technical And Formal Requirements Arising From Applicable Regulations Are Met, For An Indefinite Period, Together With The Necessary Technical Documentation Prepared In Polish. Ec Verification Certificates Of The Subsystem Must Enable The Ordering Party To Issue A Declaration Of Ec Verification Of The Subsystem And Obtain Permission To Operate The Structural Subsystem Issued By The President Of Utk. 3. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Concluded After The Procedure, The Ordering Party May Conclude Contracts With Contractors For The Implementation Of Executive Orders. 4. Due To The Fact That The Proceedings Are Conducted In Order To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Many Contractors, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Together With The Offer, The Following Subject Evidence, Valid As Of The Date Of Submission: 5. Documents And Declarations Required From The Contractor To Confirm The Lack Of Grounds For Excluding The Contractor From The Proceedings: 5.1.
