The Release Must Be Possible Directly From The Existing Clinical Systems, In Particular The Picture Archiving And Communication System (Pacs) As Well As The Hospital Information System (Kis) Or Radiology Information System (Ris), And Generate A Release Document With A Link And Qr Code. The Portal Must Support Both Examination-Based Release From The Pacs And Case-Based Release From The His/Ris. The Shared Image Data Must Be Accessible Via An Intuitive Web-Based User Interface With An Integrated Dicom Viewer And Intuitive Download Option. Redundant Data Storage Must Be Reduced To The Necessary Minimum; The Portal Must Primarily Reference The Data Stored In The Image Archive. The Temporary Storage Of The Image Data Made Available For Release Must Take Place Within The Clinic Network. A Complete Deployment Of The Portal Within The Clinic Network Is Preferred.
