Construction Work – Espoo Cultural Centres Theatre. The City Of Espoos Tilapalvelut Liikelaitos (Later The Customer) Is Requesting Bids For The Realization Of The Theater Of The Espoo Cultural Center As A Cooperative Project Management Contract (Ypju) At A Target Price In Tapiola. The Contract Is Divided Into A Development Phase And An Implementation Phase. The Project Management Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor In The Project And Is Comprehensively Responsible For Managing The Implementation Of The Project, Bidding For Procurement, Managing The Site And Coordinating The Various Parties In Accordance With The Contract Documents And The Project Schedule, And Participates In The Development Phase In The Inspection And Optimization Of The Plans Together With The Client And Designers. The Contract Is Divided Into A Development Phase And An Implementation Phase. During The Development Phase (Preliminarily January–April 2027, Duration Approximately 3–4 Months), The Project Management Contractor Is Committed To The Project, The Plans Are Checked And Optimized Together With The Client And The Designers, The Risks Of The Project Are Mapped And The Target Price For The Implementation Phase Is Confirmed. In The Implementation Phase (Tentatively From April 2027, Contract Period 30 Months), The Work Related To The Project Will Be Implemented Based On The Decisions And Design Solutions Made In The Development Phase. The Cultural Centers Theater Reception Is Tentatively Scheduled To Take Place In November 2029. The Customer Has The Right Not To Place An Implementation Phase Order At The End Of The Development Phase. The Common Goal Of The Customer And Pju Is To Proceed To The Implementation Phase Order. Not Ordering The Implementation Phase (Exit) Is The Last Option. The Contract Includes The Construction Of A New Theater, Related Modification Work In The Current Cultural Center And Construction Work In The Area Of Kulttuuriaukio. The Implementation Takes Place In Connection With A Cultural Center That Is Partially In Operation, Which Requires Special Attention To The Phasing Of The Construction Site, Safety And The Undisturbed Continuation Of User Activities. The Aim Of The Project Is To Make It Possible To Centralize The Operation Of The Espoo City Theater In Connection With The Espoo Cultural Center And To Replace The Current Revontulihalli. At The Same Time, The Functionality Of The Cultural Center Will Be Developed And The Attractiveness Of Tapiolas Cultural Environment Will Be Improved. The Project Includes, Among Other Things: • A Flexible Theater Hall With Around 500–700 Seats, Which Enables The Implementation Of Different Forms Of Performance • Stage, Rehearsal And Production Facilities That Support The Operative Operation Of The Theater • Public Facilities And Services, Such As Lobbies, Restaurant Facilities And Other Customer Service Functions • Logistics And Maintenance Facilities, Including Loading And Transport Arrangements • Demanding Performance And Building Technical Systems, The Implementation, Coordination, Testing And Implementation Is A Key Part Of The Project. The Project Management Contract Also Includes All The Management, Control, Coordination And Site Tasks Required For The Implementation Of The Project, Construction And Building Engineering Works, As Well As The Implementation Of Procurement In Such A Way That The End Result Meets The Set Quality, Funct
