Building Installation Work – Medical Facility Jazero – Increase In Energy Efficiency, Energy Economy And Indoor Environment Quality. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Increase The Operational Efficiency Of The Energy Economy And The Quality Of The Internal Environment Of The Jazero Medical Facility. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of Measures Aimed At Increasing Energy Efficiency, Modernizing The Buildings Technical Equipment, Increasing The Quality Of The Internal Environment And Improving The Construction And Technical Condition Of The Building Of The Jazero Medical Facility While Maintaining The Facilitys Operation. (Hereinafter Also Just The Subject Of The Order). The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In The Form Of A Design & Build Project With Financing And A Guarantee Of Energy Savings, In Which The Successful Bidder Will Ensure The Design Of A Technical Solution, Project Preparation, Investment Financing, Implementation Of Measures, Provision Of Energy Management Services During The Guarantee Period And Guarantee The Achievement Of The Contractually Agreed Energy Savings. The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Comprehensive Provision Of All Activities Necessary For The Design, Preparation, Financing, Implementation And Operational Support Of Measures To Increase The Energy Efficiency Of The Building. The Successful Bidder Will In Particular Ensure: A) The Development Of A Detailed Specification Of The Technical Solution, Including All Stages Of Project Documentation Necessary For Permitting Procedures And Building Construction, B) The Provision Of Complete Engineering Activities, Including The Obtaining Of All Necessary Opinions, Statements, Permits And Approval Decisions, C) Financing The Implementation Of Measures, D) The Implementation Of All Proposed Measures, E) Putting The Equipment Into Operation, F) Handing Over Documentation Of The Actual Design, G) Providing Energy Management Services During The Entire Period Guarantees, H) Ongoing Evaluation Of Achieved Savings, I) Guarantee Of Achieving The Contractually Agreed Energy Savings During The Entire Guarantee Period.
