Electricity - Delivery Of Net Electrical Energy And Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Maglizh. Continued From Section Description (Bt-24-Procedure): The Contractor Of This Public Procurement Will Be Obliged To: 1. Sell To The Contracting Authority The Agreed Quantities Of Electric Energy At The Place Of Delivery, According To The Applicable Rules For Trading In Electric Energy, Adopted By Decision Of Kevr (Ptee). 2. Included The Employer In A Standard Balancing Group With The Contractors Coordinator, Without The Employer Paying A Participation Fee. 3. Performs All Necessary Actions, According To The Currently Valid Ptee, So As To Ensure The Implementation Of This Contract. 4. Issues Invoices To The Contracting Authority, Including The Active Electrical Energy Consumed For The Specified Month, Excise Duty And Obligation To The Public, As Well As All Legally Determined Supplements To The Price Of Electrical Energy According To Ze And Ptee. 5. Notifies The Contracting Authority Within The Terms Specified In The Contract In The Event Of: Impossibility Or Delay In The Performance Of Its Obligations Under The Contract; Change In The Persons Who Represent Him Or Who Are Authorized To Carry Out Actions For The Implementation Of This Agreement; Change In Registration Data, Data Required For Issuing Tax Invoices, Etc. 6. Provides The Contracting Authority With The Information, Data Or Documents Requested By Him And Stipulated In The Contract In The Manner And Within The Terms Specified In The Contract. 7. Complies With The Provisions And Rules Laid Down In The Energy Law (Le) And Its Regulations, As Well As Ptee And The Orders Of The Electric Transmission Network Operator (Oem) So As Not To Be Removed From The Balancing Energy Market. 8. To Perform Hourly Measurement Of The Consumed Electricity With The Possibility Of Daily Tracking By Creating An Individual Electricity Platform. Quantity Planning: The Contractor Shall Prepare An Hourly Daily Schedule For The Supply Of Electrical Energy To The Employer. This Daily Schedule Will Be A General View Of The Expected Hourly Energy Load. The Daily Schedule Covers 24 Hours Starting At 00:00 On The Relevant Day. The Hourly Daily Delivery Schedules Are Drawn Up To The Extent And In Accordance With The Estimated Monthly Amounts Of Energy Drawn Up And Planned By The Contractor. The Contractor Sends The Hourly Daily Delivery Schedules To Electricity System Operator Ead, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Ptee. The Contracting Authority Will Authorize The Contractor To Confirm The Delivery Schedules To Electricity System Operator Ead. The Contracting Authority Shall Notify The Contractor In Writing 10 (Ten) Days Before Carrying Out Planned Repairs And Other Planned Activities On Its Facilities With A Specified Period Of Carrying Out The Repairs And Forecasts For Changes In The Average Hourly Loads And/Or All Other Activities That Would Affect The Contractual Performance. In Case Of Unforeseen Changes And/Or Unforeseen Major Repairs Or Long-Term Impossibility Of Electricity Consumption, The Employer Will Notify The Contractor In Writing, Within 3 (Three) Working Days From The Occurrence Of The Event To Change The Amount Of Energy Consumed And The Expected Production
