The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Dismantling Of 8 Previously Used Abc Gates, The Delivery, Assembly, Configuration And Commissioning Of 8 New Gates In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party, And The Delivery, Assembly, Configuration And Commissioning Of 4 New Abc Gates In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party. In Total, The Contractor Will Deliver And Launch 12 Abc Gateways Along With Peripheral Devices, Management Stations, Cctv Recorders, Licenses, Software, Documentation, Training, Tests, Pilotage, Production Launch And Warranty Support. As Of The Date Of Initiation Of The Procedure, The Ordering Party Has Not Concluded A Co-Financing Agreement Under Which This Order Is To Be Implemented. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Are Not Granted To It, In Particular In The Event Of Failure To Sign An Agreement On Project Financing Or Granting Of Financing In An Amount Insufficient To Finance The Order.
