The Customer Will Place The Order In Question And Conclude A Contract For The Supply Of A Work Vehicle With The Provider Who, Based On The Established Criteria, Will Submit The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Subject To The Deferred Condition That The General Assembly Of The Public Enterprise Center For Waste Management Puconci D.O.O. At The Meeting Expected To Be Held At The End Of August 2026, Approve The Rebalancing Of The Plan For 2026, Which Includes The Investment That Is The Subject Of This Order.
