The Contractor Supplies A State-Of-The-Art Multi-Roller System With 6 Rollers, Which Weighs A Maximum Of 3 T And Is Built On A Footprint Of 4 M X 2 M X 2.5 M. The 6 Rollers Made Of Hardened Steel With Hard Chrome Coating (20Cm Diameter) Can Be Heated Up To 200 °C, With Minimal Surface Roughness And Precise Concentricity. An Electro-Hydraulic Gap Control Allows A Gap Accuracy Of ±1 Μm In Various Operating Modes. All Rollers Should Be Individually Controllable With A Circumferential Speed Of Up To 20 M/Min. Adjustable Winders With Web Edge Correction Are Provided For Film Guidance, Which Ensure Crease-Free Web Guidance. The Powder Feed Is Easily Accessible, Infinitely Adjustable And Optionally Automated With Level Control. According To The Enclosed Service Description, This System Is To Be Developed By The Contractor, Manufactured In The Factory According To The Clients Specifications, Delivered And Put Into Operation On Site.
