Reprographic Services – Rfp 250045-1 - Framework Agreement For The Rental And Maintenance Of Reprographic Equipment. The University Wishes To Renew Its Rental Contract For Reprography Machines. The Subject Of The Call For Tenders Concerns The Rental (Leasing-Maintenance) Of Presses With The Aim Of Having New Machines And Reducing Costs Relating To Peripherals. In Addition To The Provision, Upkeep And Maintenance Of Machines, The University Would Like To Have Centralized Print Management Software To Control The Devices, As Well As Layout Software. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At Two (2) Years, Renewable Two (2) Times One (1) Year (2 + 1 + 1) On The Advice Of The University.
