The Agreement Will Include All Relevant Tasks And Materials In Connection With The Operation And Maintenance Of The Road Lighting Systems. The Framework Agreement Shall Apply To The Road Lights That The Municipalities In The Østre Agder Collaboration Are Responsible For Operating. An Offer Must Be Submitted That Covers The Entire Scope Of All The Municipalities. A Contract Is Entered Into Separately For Each Municipality.
