OBSERVACIÓN: La Fianza de Propuesta se debe presentar electrónicamente, para lo cual la fianza se debe escanear y adjuntar al Formulario de Propuesta Electrónica como “Documento Adjunto” en el Sistema PanamaCompra. La Fianza de Propuesta remitida electrónicamente será validada conforme al procedimiento establecido en la Circular No. DGCP-DS-017-2021 de 26 de marzo de 2021, emitida por la Dirección General de Contrataciones Públicas. Esta fianza deberá emitirse a favor del “MINISTERIO DE SALUD/CONTRALORÍA GENERAL DE LA REPÚBLICA DE PANAMÁ” (poner esta descripción tal cual en la Fianza de Propuesta). La fianza de propuesta será subsanable en cualquier error que no verse sobre el monto de la fianza y sobre el término de validez de la fianza. Si la fianza está dirigida solamente a nombre de MINISTERIO DE SALUD o de la CONTRALORÍA GENERAL DE LA REPÚBLICA podrá ser subsanada adicionándole la titularidad de la entidad faltante.
