Tenders are invited for Security Services at Mahebourg Waterfront Pointe Des Regates, Mahebourg for the Period : 01 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 and 01 September 2027 to 31 August 2028 The District Council of Grand Port is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius/opened to local through the Government eProcurement System for SECURITY SERVICES AT MAHEBOURG WATERFRONT, POINTE DES REGATES, MAHEBOURG For The Period : 01 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 and 01 September 2027 to 31 August 2028 Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System - https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: IFB/2026/532 Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Wednesday 12 August 2026 up to 13.00 (Local Time). Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Wednesday 12 August 2026 from 16.01 hours till Thursday 13 August 2026 up to 10.30 hours. The District Council of Grand Port reserves the right to split the contract as per the lowest evaluated cost, accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
