The Caplc Requires Contracting The Supply Of Hinge-Type Knee Prosthesis Kits, As Detailed In Points 1.3 And 1.4 Of These Rules. The Supply Will Be Made Periodically, Through Partial Deliveries According To The Caplc Requirements, For A Period Of 12 Months, Renewable For An Additional Period Of Up To 12 Months, If Available. Given The Variability Of Pathologies And Types Of Surgical Interventions, It Is Not Possible To Precisely Determine The Amount Of Supplies To Be Used. For This Reason, The Supplier Must Guarantee The Supply Of Complete Kits, Including All The Necessary Components For Each Surgical Procedure, Also Ensuring The Timely Availability Of The Supplies Required For Scheduled And Emergency Surgeries. Payment Will Be Made Only With Respect To The Supplies Actually Used In Each Surgical Intervention.
