1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Construction Of Retention Reservoirs In The Lubaczów Municipality. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Joint Implementation Of The Following Tasks: A) Construction Of A Flood Protection Reservoir On The Sołotwa River In Lubaczów, Including In Particular The Construction Of The Reservoir Bowl And Hydrotechnical Devices And Facilities For The Capture, Retention And Safe Discharge Of Water; B) Construction Of A Retention Park In The Niemirowska Housing Estate In Lubaczów, Including Two Retention And Infiltration Reservoirs For The Collection And Infiltration Of Rainwater Flowing From Urbanized Areas; C) Construction Of A Retention Park At Ul. Ofiar Katyn In Lubaczów, Including Two Retention And Infiltration Reservoirs For Collecting And Infiltrating Rainwater.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Including In Particular Construction Designs, Technical Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Administrative Decisions, Notifications And Other Documents Specific To Individual Locations. 4. The Scope Of The Contract Includes Works Corresponding To The Eligible And Non-Eligible Expenses Of The Project. 5. Before Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous Will Submit To The Ordering Party A Detailed Material And Financial Statement Prepared On The Basis Of The Submitted Offer, According To The Template And Division Into Eligible And Ineligible Expenses Provided By The Ordering Party. 6. The Property And Financial Statement Must Include Separate Values ​​For: A) The Retention Park In The Niemirowska Housing Estate; B) The Retention Park At Ul. Ofiar Katyn;C) Flood Control Reservoir On The Sołotva River;D) Eligible And Ineligible Scope Within Each Of The Above Locations;E) Individual Elements Of The Works Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Submitted Summary Template.7. The Material And Financial Statement Must Be Consistent With The Total Price Indicated In The Offer And Cannot Lead To A Change In The Content Of The Offer, The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Or The Amount Of The Offered Remuneration. 8. After Acceptance By The Ordering Party, The Material And Financial Statement Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract. 9. If Any Errors, Omissions Or Inconsistencies Are Found In The Statement, The Ordering Party Will Call On The Contractor To Correct It Within The Specified Period. Correcting The List May Not Lead To A Change In The Offer Price Or Other Elements Of The Offer Content. 10. Failure To Submit The Statement Or To Correct It Within The Deadline Set By The Ordering Party May Be Considered As Evading The Conclusion Of The Contract If The Lack Of A Correct Statement Makes It Impossible To Conclude The Contract Within The Offer Validity Period. 11.
