The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Entitled: Infrastructure For Sustainable Urban Mobility - Construction Of The Gdynia Chylonia Integration Node - Stage Ii Northern - Part Ii. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes: 1. Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Provided By The Ordering Party (Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Including: 1.1 - Design Documentation, 1.2 - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works);2. Obtaining A Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or Submitting An Effective Notice Of Completion Of Works To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority And Submitting To The Ordering Party The Appropriately Obtained Occupancy Permit Or A Document Confirming The Effectiveness Of The Notification; The Contractor Determines On Its Own What Parts Of The Subject Of The Order And Within What Time Limit Require Obtaining Such A Permit Or Submitting A Notification. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Appropriate Powers Of Attorney In This Respect. The Subject Matter Of The Order For The Execution Of Construction Works Includes: 1. Demolition Of The Existing Entrance To The Tunnel (In Terms Of Roofing, Stairs And Surface), Demolition Of The Existing Hardened Surface Located In Front Of The Existing Entrance To The Tunnel, Demolition Of The Rainwater Drainage System And Lighting In The Entrance To The Tunnel, 2. Construction Of A Temporary Access To The Existing Railway Platform,3. Construction Of A Descent To The Tunnel Leading To The Railway Platforms - In The Form Of Stairs And A Ramp, Adapted For People With Disabilities (Ozn),4. Construction Of A Social Building For Public Transport Drivers With The Necessary Installations, 5. Construction Of A Stop Platform, Platform Roofing And Access To The Existing Tunnel, 6. Construction Of The Stop Platform Surface And Sidewalks, 7. Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture, Including, Among Others: Places To Rest, Flower Pots, Bicycle Racks, 8. Construction Of A Roof Over Bicycle Racks, 9. Construction Of New Plantings Of Greenery And Lawns, Including Maintenance During The Period Indicated In The Swz, 10. Construction Of Retaining Walls,11. Delivery And Installation Of A Platform Clock, 12. Height Adjustment Of The Existing Infrastructure, 13. Drainage At The Entrance To The Tunnel, Storm Sewage System, 14. Construction Of Lighting, Reconstruction Of Power Networks,15. Delivery And Installation Of Information/Commemorative Boards.
