3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Adaptation Of Rooms And Studios As Part Of The Project Entitled: School Creates - I Choose.3.2. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: School Creates - I Choose Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź For 2021-2027, No. Feld.08.07-Iz.00.0106/25-00.3.3. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Construction Practice. The Offer Must Include The Costs Related To The Organization Of The Work Site, Ensuring That The Work Is Managed By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations, The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of All Necessary Materials, The Performance Of Inspections, Tests, Tests - If Necessary, And The Collection Of Documents Required By Law. It Will Be The Contractors Responsibility To Complete The Necessary Documents And Complete All Procedures. 3.4. The Offer Should Be Based On Materials With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities.3.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Within: Up To 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Public Procurement Contract, But No Longer Than Until September 24, 2026. The Contractor May Shorten The Order Completion Deadline By A Maximum Of 10 Days. Shortening The Order Completion Time Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria.
