Tenders are invited for Expert Consultant Green Finance Business Readiness Service Location: Ramallah CALL FOR EXPERT CONSULTANT GREEN FINANCE BUSINESS READINESS Palestine Catalyst (MENACatalyst Foundation) | Reference: PC/INSPIRE/2026/EC-03 Individual expert or small team (named team leader) | Field-based across the West Bank | 10 August 2026 30 April 2027 Palestine Catalyst is seeking a consultant (or small team) to deliver the Green Finance Business Readiness Programme under INSPIRE WOMEN, a donor-funded programme helping Palestinian MSMEs reach the finance they have been shut out of. You will take 100 MSMEs from first screening through to a financing application, and write up what the financing journeys reveal.
