Expression of Interest for Private Sector Mapping & Diagnostic of Healthcare Facilities in the West Bank. Publication Date: 07/28/2026 12:00 AM EDT EOI Deadline: 08/10/2026 11:59 PM EDT Description: IFC is seeking a qualified consulting firm (the "Consultant") to deliver the Private Sector Mapping & Diagnostic for the West Bank. The overarching objective of the mapping and diagnostic is to generate a comprehensive, verified, and analytically robust picture of the private health sector in the West Bank, covering hospitals, pharmaceutical entities, and medical suppliers, in order to: (i) Develop a comprehensive (a) facility registry of private sector health entities; and (b) service registry for identified providers detailing service provision, quality, and financial performance. Both registries will cover hospitals and pharmaceutical entities in the West Bank; (ii) Support data collection and data validation (where available), as well as interaction with a subset of private sector entities to benchmark them against local, regional, and global peers; (iii) Identify service gaps, geographic disparities, and structural barriers to quality improvement and investment; (iv) Synthesize findings and recommend follow-on opportunities to further support select healthcare entities.
