Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda) Follow Solicitation .The Specifications Establish The Minimum Requirements For Furnishing And Delivering Liquid Sodium Hydroxide For Use At City Of Waco Potable-Water Treatment Facilities.The Solicitation Is Divided Into The Following Separately Awardable Groups:1. Group A — 50% Sodium Hydroxide For Primary Year-Round Use.2. Group B — 25% Sodium Hydroxide For Optional Cold-Weather Or Other Operational Use.A Bidder May Submit Pricing For One Or Both Groups. The City May Award Each Group Separately. Award Of One Group Does Not Obligate The City To Award The Other Group To The Same Bidder.Where Separate Contractors Are Awarded To The Two Groups, Each Contractor Shall Be Responsible Only For The Group Awarded To That Contractor.The Contractor Shall Furnish All Product, Transportation, Delivery Labor, Transfer Equipment, Hoses, Fittings, Adapters, Documentation, Technical Assistance, Safety Equipment, And Other Materials And Services Necessary To Complete Each Delivery In Accordance With The Specifications.Detailed Specifications Can Be Found In Appendix D.88551-Disinfectants, Wastewater;88594-Water Treating Chemicals (Not Otherwise Classified);88596-Recycled Water And Wastewater Treating Chemicals;96896-Water And Wastewater Treatment Services;
