3.1. The Subject Of The Order For This Procedure Is The Supply Of A Multimodal Microplate Reader As Part Of The Project Daisy Project: Double-Stranded Dna Repair Defects: A Lentiviral Gene Therapy To Address Unmet Therapeutic Needs In Nijmegen Breakage Syndrome (Nbs). 3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Technical Parameters - Is Attached As Annex 2 To Swz.3.3. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Swz Determines The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, It Is Intended To Clarify The Subject Of The Contract.3.4. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Offers Equivalent To Those Described By Indicating Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Provided That The Proposed Solutions Will Have At Least The Same Functional Features/Parameters As Those Indicated In The Swz, And The Quality Of Which Is Not Inferior To The Quality Specified In The Product Specification.3.5. If Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.3.6. In Accordance With All Trademarks, Patents Or Certificates Of Origin, Source Or Specific Process, As Well As Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Swz, The Words Or Equivalent Are Added.3.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers Are Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party.3.8. The Goods Will Be Delivered And Assembled To The A5 Brain Building Of The Medical University Of Lodz At Ul. Pomorska 251.3.9. If The Offer Includes Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer Form Or In A Separate Annex To The Offer, By Providing At Least: The Name Of The Ict Product, Service Or Process, Manufacturer Or Supplier, Model, Type Or Version - If Applicable - And The Function That A Given Product, Service Or Ict Process Performs Within The Offered Subject Of The Contract. If The Offer Does Not Include Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes, The Contractor Shall Submit An Appropriate Declaration In The Offer Form By Placing An X In The Appropriate Line Of The Table. Note: Failure To Submit Any Of The Declarations Referred To Above May Result In Rejection Of The Offer.3.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
