The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Elevated Landing Pad For Lpr Helicopters At The Hospital Emergency Department (Ed) Of The Masovian Provincial Hospital. Saint John Paul Ii In Siedlce Sp. Z O.O. 1. The Subject Of This Procedure Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of All Analyses, Research And Expert Opinions Necessary To Design And Implement The Investment, 2) Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including: A) A Detailed, Comprehensive, Multi-Sector Inventory Of Facilities, B) Technical Expertise And Assessment Of The Technical Condition, C) Multi-Sector Conceptual Design, D) Multi-Sector Construction Design For Submitting An Application For A Building Permit; E) Multi-Discipline Detailed Design, F) Possible Necessary Replacement Designs; G) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Approvals, Deviations From Technical Conditions, Regulations, Opinions, Permits; H) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Valid Building Permit, Deviations From Technical Conditions, I) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, J) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, K) Preparation Of A Material And Financial Schedule; L) Photographic Documentation Of Progress Of Works;M) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation;N) Preparation Of Instructions For The Facility And Installed Devices;3) Carrying Out Authors Supervision;4) Carrying Out All Construction Works Resulting From The Design Documentation And Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit;5) Equipping The Helipad With Devices Indicated In The Fup. The Ordering Party Informs That Pfu Does Not Impose The Use Of Heating Cables As The Only Solution. According To The Ffu, The Slab Heating System Is To Be Made Using Any Technology, Provided That The Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party Are Achieved. Therefore, It Is Also Permissible To Use Other Technical Solutions, Including Systems Based On An Intermediate Medium, Provided That They Ensure The Required Operational Parameters, Safety Of Use And Compliance With Pfu, Design Documentation And Regulations. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Does Not Change The Fup In This Respect. 6) Obtaining And Preparing All Documents And Meeting All Requirements For Handing Over The Facility For Use, Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Decisions Necessary To Start Using It; A) Developing The Landing Field Operational Manual With Annexes, B) Preparing An Application For An Opinion From The Institution Providing Air Traffic Services And Obtaining A Positive Opinion From The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency, C) Obtaining Confirmation From The Air Operations Department Of The Air Emergency Service That The Landing Field Has Been Entered Into The Air Emergency Service Operational Manual In Its Part C, D) Conducting Administrative Proceedings Before The President Of The Civil Aviation Office Regarding The Entry Of The Landing Field In Records Of Landing Sites; 7) Training O
