The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Warehouse Building At Ul. Policzańska 8 In Płock, Along With Equipment For The State Fire Service Km In Płock. The Scope Of The Project Includes, Among Others, The Following Works: Demolition Of The Existing Exercise Facility (Climbing Gym And Treadmill) And Collection And Disposal Of Waste Resulting From The Demolition, Construction Of A Warehouse Building To The Extent Described In The Design Documentation, And Equipping The Storage Rooms With A Racking System (In Accordance With The List Of Equipment Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz). In Addition, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Full Documentation Enabling It To Obtain An Occupancy Permit. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation (Annex No. 8 To The Swz) With Inclusions (Specified In Annex No. 10 To The Swz) And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex No. 9 To The Swz) As Well As A List Of Equipment (Annex No. 11 To The Swz).
