Subject Of The Order: Name Of The Order: Modernization Of The Ventilation Installation At The Indoor Swimming Pool In Niepołomice Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Existing Ventilation Installation At The Indoor Swimming Pool In Niepołomice At Ul. Janusza Korczaka 5. The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Replacement Of The Worn-Out Nw1 Ventilation Unit With Automation, As Well As The Replacement Of Corroded Sections Of Ventilation Ducts (Approximately 50 M2) And An Air Drying System Based On Freon Refrigeration Units. The Planned Investment Is Aimed At Adapting The Installation To Current Technical And Operational Standards. The Designed Solutions Assume The Use Of A Modern Ventilation Unit Adapted To The Swimming Pool Environment, Equipped With Highly Efficient Heat Exchangers, Energy-Saving Fans With Speed Control And Integrated Automation Systems Enabling Precise Control Of Temperature, Heat Recovery And Operating Modes. The Construction Of The Air Handling Unit Is Based On A Frame Structure Made Of Aluminum Profiles Ensuring Adequate Thermal Insulation And Acoustic Damping. Insulation Of The Control Panel Housing, E.G. With Mineral Wool. The Control Panel Is To Have Its Own, Autonomous Automation Controller And A Local Hmi Panel. The Air Handling Unit Controller Must Independently Implement Regulations, Operating Sequences, Protections, Anti-Freeze Functions, Service Locks And Emergency Reactions. The Ventilation Ducts Will Be Replaced Using Technology Resistant To Aggressive Environments, With Appropriate Insulation To Ensure Durability And Operational Safety. Ventilation Ducts Are Planned To Be Made Of Galvanized Sheet Metal, Protected By Painting On Both Sides With Epoxy Paint. The Ducts Should Be Made And Assembled In Tightness Class B2 - Pn-En 12237:2005 And Pn-En 1507:2007 Standards. The New Nw1 Air Handling Unit Together With The Complete Automation System Must Be Fully Integrated With The Existing Master Bms Building Automation System. In Terms Of The Air Drying System Based On Freon Refrigeration Units, At Least 3 Systems Should Be Installed Refrigeration - One System For One Cooling Section. The Total Cooling Capacity Of The Units Must Cover The Cooling Demand Of The Nw1 Unit. The Power Of Each Cooling System Is Expected To Be Approximately 55 Kw. In Order To Supply Electricity, New Cable Routes Must Be Installed And Connected To The Existing Electrical Switchboard, Along With The Required Security Measures. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements For The Implementation Of Works And As-Built Documentation Are Included In The Swz, Technical Documentation (Only Regarding The Replacement Of The Nw1 Air Handling Unit With Automation, Replacement Of Ventilation Ducts And Installation Of An Air Drying System) And The Contract Template.
