1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Sports Facilities In The Town Of Granica - Plot No. 101/10 - Granica District.2. The Scope Of Works Includes The Replacement Of The Existing Roof Covering, In Particular: • Dismantling The Existing Roof Covering Made Of Polycarbonate Panels With An Area Of 370.8 M2, • Making A New Roof Covering From Polycarbonate Panels With An Area Of 370.8 M2, • Performing The Necessary Assembly Works Using Scaffolding, • Dismantling And Installing 200 Pieces Of Newly Purchased Stadium Seats, • Replacing Ball Catches, • Waste Disposal Arising During The Implementation Of The Task.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order4. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Made On The Basis Of The Attached Documentation Specifying The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Photos Specifying The Scope Of The Current Sports Facilities 2) Bill Of Quantities 5. Before Installing The Seats, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party For Approval A Material Approval Card Together With The Necessary Approvals And Certificates Confirming, Among Others: • Compliance With The Pn-En 13200 Standard (Parts 1-5) Or Equivalent • Compliance With The Standard Pn-En 12727 Or Equivalent For Maximum Seat Loads • Compliance With The Pn-En 13501-1+A1, Pn-En 1021-1 And Pn-En 1021-2 Standards Or Equivalent. The Above Standards Must Be Met For Equipment In Public Utility Facilities. 6. In The Event That During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Comes Into Contact With A Person With Special Needs Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 19 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411, As Amended), The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Order Taking Into Account Accessibility Conditions, In Particular By: 1) Ensuring Horizontal And Vertical Communication Spaces Free From Barriers, 2) Providing A Person With Special Needs With Support From Another Person While Performing The Activities That Are The Subject Of The Contract Or Moving Around Or Through The Work Site
