Medical Imaging Services – Social Medical Advice. The Municipality Of The Hague (Hereinafter: The Municipality) And Participating Regional Municipalities Of Leidschendam-Voorburg And Rijswijk Plan To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Regard To Social And Medical Advice. The Social-Medical Advice Will Be Requested From The Contractor By The Various Departments/Services Of The Municipality Of The Hague And Regional Municipalities, Which Are Responsible For The Implementation Of The Aforementioned Laws And Regulations. In Some Cases, The Legal Affairs Department Can Also Request New Social Medical Advice In The Context Of Objection Procedures. The Purpose Of The Use Of Social Medical Advice Is To Correctly Determine The Right To The Requested (Customized) Provision Or Reimbursement. The Social Medical Advice Relates To The Physical Situation Of The Applicant And May Also Relate To The Mental Situation Of The Applicant (Psychodiagnostics).
