Tires For Motor Cars – Supply Of Tires For The Vehicles And Machinery Of The Aegaleo Municipal Fleet Project And Repair Works. Brief Description Of The Physical And Economic Object Of The Agreement 1.3.1. The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Tires For The Vehicles And Construction Machinery Of The Municipalitys Fleet, Including Repair Work For The Needs Of The Municipality In A Period Of 12 Months, As Stated And Described In The Technical Specifications Which Are Integral Parts Of This Declaration, With A Total Estimated Value Of One Hundred And Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred And Seventy-Eight Euros (€149,978.00) Including Of Vat 24% Including Third-Party Reservations, As Well As Any Other Charge, Including Vat, With The Criterion Of Awarding The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Based On The Lowest Price. The Rubber Tires Offered By The Tenderers (Hereinafter Referred To As Spare Parts) Intended For The Repair Of Vehicles, Construction Machinery, Must Be Spare Parts Of The Same Quality As The Components Used During The Delivery Of A New Vehicle - Superstructure And Which Are Produced According To The Standard Specifications And Procedures Determined By The Manufacturer Of The Vehicle - Superstructure, Or Spare Parts Of Comparable Quality Manufactured By Any Company That Can At Any Time Certify That The These Spare Parts Have The Same Quality As The Component Parts Used To Assemble The Relevant Vehicles, Superstructures And Always In The Sense Of Ec Regulation No. 1400/2002 Or Its Revision (Ec 461/2010) And Of Excellent Quality (Not Sorting, Not Used, I.E. Absolutely New). The Purpose Of The Declaration Is To Meet The Needs Of The Municipality Of Aigaleo In Terms Of Vehicle Availability And Mainly: A) Ensuring Satisfactory Availability And Readiness Of Vehicles For Their Full Exploitation. B) Ensuring The Supply Of The Necessary Rubber Tires (Including Installation). Each Procurement Throughout The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Procedures Provided For In Law 4412/16 (Government Gazette 147/2016 Issue A) Public Contracts For Works, Supplies And Services (Adjustment To Directives 2014/24/Eu And 2014/25/Eu) As Amended And Applicable And Those Mentioned In The 3373/390 (Government Gazette 349 Β΄ 27-03-1975) On Determining The Procedure For Repair And Maintenance, Purchase Of Spare Parts And Supply Of Fuel And Lubricants, Etc. For The Vehicles Of The State, Of The Local Self-Government Organizations And In General Of The Npdd, Etc., Regarding Which Article 1 Of Legislative Decree 2396/53 As Amended By 4493/24.4.1975 Similar (Government Gazette B΄489), Taking Into Account The Relevant Fixed Jurisprudence Of The Court Of Audit (Ind. Related 164/2018, 119/2018, 211/2017 Acts And 252/2016 Regarding The Legal Assumptions Of The Act, Of The Vii Department Of The Preventive Control Level Expenses). C) The Provision Of Services For The Restoration Of Any Kind Of Damage That Is Justified Each Time, Cannot Be Repaid
