Technical Testing, Analysis And Consultancy Services – Framework Agreement For The Preventive And Curative Maintenance Of Seawater Desalination Process Equipment At The Bellefontaine And Jarry Power Plants. This File Concerns The Establishment Of A Multi-Year Framework Contract Relating To The Maintenance Of Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Units At The Edf Pei Thermal Power Plants Of Bellefontaine (Martinique) And Pointe Jarry (Guadeloupe). For The Bellefontaine Site, Services Include Preventive Maintenance (Including The Supply Of Inspection Boxes Necessary For Major Visits), Corrective Maintenance As Well As The Supply Of Spare Parts. For The Pointe Jarry Site, The Services Concern Exclusively Corrective Maintenance And The Supply Of Associated Spare Parts. The Contract Concerns Two Water Treatment Units In Bellefontaine And Two Water Treatment Units In Pointe Jarry. In Terms Of Volume, The Holder Must Carry Out The Entire Preventive Maintenance Program Defined In The Specifications For The Bellefontaine Installations And Ensure Rapid Intervention Capacity On Both Sites In The Event Of A Malfunction Or Equipment Failure. As An Indication, The Maximum Volume Of Preventive Maintenance Services Is As Follows: • Major Visits (With Supply Of Associated Overhaul Kits): 2 Visits Per Year, Or A Maximum Of 16 Visits Over The Duration Of The Contract. In Addition, The Services Include Corrective Maintenance Interventions Carried Out At The Request Of Edf Pei As Well As, Where Applicable, The Supply Of Spare Parts Necessary To Maintain The Installations In Operational Condition. The Estimated Maximum Volume Of Corrective Maintenance Is As Follows: • Corrective Maintenance: Up To 100 Interventions On Both Sites Over A Period Of 8 Years.
