Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Jürgen Schumann Barracks Appen, Ensuring Heat Supply. Since Its Last Renovation (Around 2005), The Heat Supply To The Jürgen Schumann Barracks Has Had To Be Brought Up To Date And Redesigned To Be Future-Proof. The Existing Energy Supply Center (Evz) Contains Two Oil Boilers, A Wood Chip Boiler With Wood Chip Storage And A Natural Gas Chp, The Central Pumping Station And Water Treatment System For Make-Up, The Main Electrical Feed Of The Property, An Emergency Power System And Rooms For Operating Personnel. It Is Housed In Building 192. This Building 192 Is To Be Demolished As Part Of This Construction Project And Replaced By A Modern Heating Plant With More Than 70% Of The Heat Generated From Renewable Sources And A New Transformer Station. In The Majority Of The Buildings Supplied, The Heating Substations With Heating Distributors And, If Available, The Buildings Central Hot Water Preparation System Need To Be Replaced. Furthermore, Parts Of The Heat Distribution Network (Approx. 30-40% Of The Total Route Length) Within The Property Must Be Renewed. The Construction Project Is Located Entirely Within A Closed Property (Jürgen Schumann Barracks, 25482 Appen) And Extends Across The Entire Property. The Construction Project Is Structured Into 3 Sub-Areas: 1) Replacement New Building For The Heating Plant With System Technology (Including External Components Such As Pellet Storage Or Heat Pump System) And Ancillary Rooms 2) Adaptation Of The Property Heating Network To Modern Insulation Standards And State Of The Art, Additional Supply Lines In The Outdoor Area And Renewal Of The Heating Substations As Well As The Central Building Hot Water Preparation Including The Associated Building Automation (Approx. 60 Substations). The Dismantling Of Building 192 Is Also Classified In Section 2. 3) Renewal Of The Electrical Systems From Building 192 Along With Adaptation To The Future Electrical Needs Of The Property In A New Transformer Station. The Individual Descriptions Of The Cost Groups Refer To The Sub-Areas. The Property Management Of The Entire Measure Is Within The Scope Of Services Of The Tga Trades. The Coordination Of The Remaining Service Profiles Is Listed As A Special Service. For Sub-Area (Tb) 1, The Property Management Is Transferred To The “Buildings And Interiors” Service Profile. Depending On The Sub-Measure, System Groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 And 8 Must Be Processed In Service Phases 2-9 Hoai. A Detailed Description Of The Services Is Attached To The Tender Documents.
