Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – New Fire And Rescue Station Procurement Process General Planning Services. The City Of Wülfrath Intends To Build A New Fire And Rescue Station (Frw) On Part Of The Former Train Station Area In Wülfrath. The Subject Of The Project Is The Construction Of The New Fire And Rescue Station Including The Associated Outdoor Facilities And Underground Drainage Structures As Well As The Connections For Traffic, Water Supply, Wastewater Disposal And Other Supplies To The Public Development. With This Award Procedure, The General Planning Services For The Implementation Of The Project Are Awarded. The Services To Be Awarded Include, In Particular, General Planning Services Across The Board, In Particular The Central Coordination Of All Architectural And Specialist Planner Services As Well As Qualified Interface Management, Object Planning Of Buildings And Interior Spaces Including Fire Brigade-Specific Rooms, Outdoor Area Planning, Planning Of Engineering Structures, Planning Of Traffic Systems, Structural Planning, Planning Of Technical Equipment Including Fire Brigade-Specific Rooms, Thermal Insulation And Energy Balancing, Building Acoustics And Room Acoustics For Selected Rooms, Energy Consulting And Services In Connection With Funding, Fire Protection Planning, Accessibility Planning, Comprehensive Services For The Commissioning Of Objects As Well As Comprehensive Services For Building Information Modeling (Bim). In Addition To The Basic Services, Extensive Special And Additional Services Must Also Be Provided. The Individual Service Profiles And The Specific Scope Of Services Result From The Tender Documents, In Particular The Service Description, The Price Offer And The General Planning Contract Attached As A Draft. The Contractor Should Plan The New Construction Of The Fire And Rescue Station In All Described Service Profiles And Service Phases Up To And Including The Necessary Planning Documents For A General Contractor Award Of The Lph 5 Hoai 2021 And Prepare A Functional Service Description For The Award To A General Contractor (Gu). The Commissioning Takes Place Gradually In A Maximum Of Four Commissioning Stages. When The Contract Is Awarded, Commissioning Level 1 Is Commissioned, Which In Particular Includes Service Phases 1 To 3 Based On Hoai.
