Including Hoeing Weeding, Pruning, Replacement Of Plants, Gap Filling, Watering,Mowing Of Lawn, Grass Cutting By Lawn Mower And Brush Cutter, Removal Of Garden Waste, Top Dressing Of Lawn With Good Earth Manure And Maintenance Of Other Garden Related Works As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge (Cost Of Lawn Mower And Brush Cutter With Fuel & Other T & P Material Shall Be Provided By Contractor) Note:- 1. Watering Entire Area Including Lawn ,Trees, Shrubs,Herbs, Hedge, Flower Beds, Foliages & Creepers Etc. Minimum 1 Unskilled Category Of Worker Required To Maintain 4047 Sqm Of Area Per Month. , Supplying, Stacking, Spreading And Filling Of Good Quality Approved Organic Manure Consisting Of Vermi Compost + Bonemeal + Neem Cake + Urea (82% Vermi Compost + 8% Bonemeal+ 8% Neem Cake+ 2% Urea) By Weight For The Proposed Lawns, Flowerbeds, Hedges, Trees, Nursery Beds, Pots, Etc. Including Mixing With Garden Soil / Good Earth Loading, Carriage, Unloading, Including Cost Of Labour, Transportation, Levelling The Area With Light Roller, Compaction, Tools And Tackles, Machineries, Etc. They Have To Look After The Following Activities. Note:- 1) Watering To The Existing Potted Plants, New Plants, Plants Available In The Beds, Etc.2) Weeding Of Unwanted Growth Of Grass From Beds, Pots Etc..3) Cleaning , Sweeping &Brooming Is Carried Out In Entire Nursery By Removing Of Dry Leaves, Waste Etc..4) Development Of New Plants From Existing Plants Through Bulbs, Grafting, Cutting Etc..5) Maintenance Of Potted Plants Available At Nursery In Earthen/ Plastic/ Fiber Pots Including Activities Like Resetting / Displaying At Nursery, Inculding Watering,Earthing Up, Weeding, Hoeing, Colouring Of Pots,Filling Of Earth & Manure , Applying Fertilizers,Transplanting The Damaged Pots And Disposal Of Generated Garbage At Specified Place As Per Direction Of Officer-In-Charge. 6. Applying Insecticide, Pesticide & Fertilizers (Whenever Required), Payment Towards Good Earth, Fertilizers And Pesticides Will Be Paid In Relevant Items. 7. Gardner Shall Have Minimum 3 Years Experience. , Earth Work In Surface Excavation In All Kind Of Soil Not Exceeding 30 Cm In Depth But Exceeding 1.5 M In Width As Well As 10 Sqm On Plan Including Getting Out & Disposal Of Excavated Earth Up To 50 M And Lift Up To 1.5 M, Disposed Earth To Be Levelled And Neatly Dressed As Per Directions Of Engineer-In-Charge. , Supplying And Stacking Of Good Earth / Sandy Loamy Soil (Suit To Horticulture Works) At Site Including Royalty As Instructed By Engineer-In-Charge For Preparation Of Garden, Constructing Hillocks, Mounds, Backfilling, Flower Beds, Hedges, Trees, Filling Pits For Plants, Existing / New Pots Etc. Cost Including Excavation Of Soil, Labour, Tools And Tackles, Loading, Transportation, Unloading, Taxes Etc. Complete As Directed By Engineer.(Earth Measured In Stacks Will Be Reduced By 20% For Payment)1) Contractor Has To Maintain All The Records Regarding Entry Of Item At Anumala Township Main Gate For Payment Purpose And Has To Maintain Daily Log Book Of Consumption Of Item. , Mixing Of Good Earth And Stp Sludge In The Required Proportion Specified Or Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge. Tools , Tackles Required (If Any) For Executing This Item Will Be In The Scope Of Contractor. , Spreading / Filling Of Sludge / Dump Manure/ Good Earth / Mixure Of Earth & Stp Sludge In Required Thickness In Lawns Area, Trees, Pots, Polythene Bags Etc. As Per Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge .Tools , Tackles Required (If Any) For Executing This Item Will Be In The Scope Of Contractor.
