Quotation are invited for MOL Consultant LEA Migration. Closing Date: Friday, 07. Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Labor & Livelihoods Remuneration range: 2000 to 3000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 6 Months Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian Non-Governmental Organization created in 1979. Amel is active in different sectors including health, education, protection, livelihood and environment, and it operates through 40 centers, 16 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units, and 2 protection units throughout the country. The project Eradication of All Forms of Forced Labor and Exploitation (LEA) is funded by EuropeAid and the Austrian Development Agency, and implemented by a consortium led by Caritas Austria, in partnership with Amel Association, Caritas Lebanon, and KAFA. The project has a duration of 36 months and started on 01/01/2024. The project aims to achieve this goal through two main outcomes: (1) Improved effectiveness of support mechanisms to receive, analyze, and respond to human and labour rights violations and abuse against migrant workers; (2) Enhanced access to justice and rights protection mechanisms for migrant workers in Lebanon, in accordance with international standards. 2 Scope of work: The MoLConsultant will support the Ministry of Labour in advancing the protection of migrant workers rights and promoting policy reforms related to migrant workers in Lebanon. Despite ongoing efforts to strengthen the protection of migrant workers rights in Lebanon, key capacity gaps remain, particularly in relation to policy development, coordination with stakeholders, and the translation of international labour and human rights standards into practical measures and procedures. The consultancy aims to provide dedicated technical support to the Ministry in strengthening its capacity to address migrant workers rights issues, develop policy-oriented solutions, and advance a rights-based approach to migrant workers employment and protection. Note: The selected supplier must be responsible for Providing the required services within the required period.
