The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Vz) Is The Provision Of Tax Consultancy To The General Faculty Hospital In Prague (Hereinafter Referred To As Vfn). The Scope Of Performance Includes In Particular: Compilation Of Monthly Tax Returns For Value Added Tax, Including Reports On The Compilation Of Tax Returns; Preparation, Regular Revision And Updating Of The Written Methodology For The Application Of Vat; Processing And Submission Of Corporate Income Tax Returns For The Years 2026-2029; Solving Partial And Specific Problems Of The Client In The Field Of Vat And Corporate Income Tax; Representing Vfn To The Extent Of The Power Of Attorney That Will Be Granted To The Tax Advisor As Necessary In Tax Proceedings And In Other Negotiations With The Tax Administrator In The Matter Of Vat And In Proceedings Related To This Tax; Processing And Submission Of Real Estate Tax Returns For The Years 2027-2030, If The Client Is Required To File Real Estate Tax Returns. The Contract For The Agm Will Be Concluded For A Fixed Period Until June 30, 2030
