The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Lpg Gas (Propane-Butane) To The Sp Zoz Wspr Gas Station In Białystok, Specified In Detail In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase Propane-Butane Lpg Gas Over A 12-Month Period: 307,000 L - Basic Order. Propane Butane Gas (Cn: 2711 19 00, Cn 2711 12, Cn 2711 13, Cn 2711 14 00). 3. The Given Quantity Is An Estimated/Forecast Value, Which May Be Reduced During The Term Of The Contract Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Guarantees An Order Of 65% Of The Amount Of Fuel, I.E. 199,550, Indicated In Annex 3 To The Swz As The Basic Order. 4. The Ordering Party Has The Option To Increase The Amount Of Propane-Butane Gas, But Not By More Than 30%. The Largest Possible Order Scope, Taking Into Account The Option Rights, Is Up To 399,100 Liters Of Fuel. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use All Or Part Of The Order Covered By The Option Right, And The Contractor Declares That It Will Not Make Any Claims For This Reason. 5. All Requirements Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Also Apply To The Execution Of The Order Under The Option Law. The Trade Margin/Price Discount Under The Option Right Does Not Change In Relation To The Price Discount/Trade Margin Specified In The Offer Form. 6. The Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option Right On The Basis Of A Written Declaration Of The Ordering Party Submitted To The Contractor At Least 7 Business Days Before The Date On Which The Order Covered By The Option Right Is To Be Launched. 7. The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Is An Integral Part Of It And The Provisions Contained Therein Are Treated As Conditions For Awarding The Contract. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods At His Own Expense And Risk To The Sp Zoz Wspr Gas Station In Białystok At Ul. Pogodna 22 In Białystok, In The Manner Described In The Attached Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
