(D) Replacement Of Any Component Of Air Conditioners (Outdoor And Indoor Uits, Inlet And Outlet Pipelines, Electrical Connections Etc) Found Defective After The Abvoe Checks And Tests.(E) Charging Of Refgrigerant Gas, Oiling The Motors, Chemical Washing , Item No. 2 - The Spares Replaced Under Comprehensive Maintenance Shall Be Measured And Paid Oem Tax Invoice If Same Company Spare Not Avl In Market Then Spares Will Be Paid On Company Invoice With 15% Contractor Profit.
