The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of A New Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X2 Drive For The Volunteer Fire Department In Chełmek. The Order Is Co-Financed By: The Chełmek Commune, The National Rescue And Firefighting System, The Oświęcim County And Own Funds. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. The Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified Accordingly: Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 11 To The Swz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Contract Template (Annex No. 10 To The Swz). The Delivered Car Must Be Free From Any Defects And Damage, And Must Have Appropriate Cabling, Power Supplies And All Other Components Ensuring Proper Installation And Use (E.G. Power Cables, Etc.). The Contractor Undertakes To Properly Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And In The Contract, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Due Diligence, And In Accordance With Current Standards And Applicable Regulations.
