The Offered Solutions (In Particular: Servers, Nas Devices, Ups Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Network Management Modules, Backup Software) Must Be Free From Known Critical Vulnerabilities And Hidden Functions (So-Called Backdoors), Which Would Enable Unauthorized Interference In The Ordering Partys Ict Environment. The Ordering Party Will Reject The Contractors Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 And Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law, If: A) The Contractor Offers Ict Products Or Services From An Entity Recognized As A High-Risk Supplier (High-Risk Vendor) Pursuant To The Decision Of The Competent Minister Of Information Technology, B) The Execution Of The Order Violates The Provisions On Cybersecurity Or The Interest Of Public Security Of The Republic Of Poland, Including Sanctions Provisions Regarding The Prohibition Of Supporting Aggression Against Ukraine, C) The Capital Or Legal Headquarters Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Solution (Hardware Or Software) Is Based In A Country Subject To An International Embargo Or Eu Economic Sanctions.
