Maintenance And Repair Of Information Technology Equipment - Optimization Of Printing, Maintenance And Rental Of Printers. The Client Owns 1,274 Printing Devices, Distributed In 231 Locations In The Republic Of Croatia, Which Are Organized In 17 Forest Management Branches, The Central Location Directorate And 213 Smaller Work Units/Forestries. The System For Monitoring And Managing Printing Is Papercut Mf. The Client Owns A Licensed System For Monitoring And Managing The Printing Of Papercut Mf For 3000 Users And Licenses Are Obtained Separately For Mf Devices. The Client Will Also Accept Other Solutions In Agreement With The Bidder For Monthly Indicators Of The Number Of Pages. The Selected Tenderer, Together With The Client, Will Remove The Initial Page Counters From The Printer And/Or Papercut Mf System During The Handover Of The Printing Fleet And Take Over All Existing Toners In The Devices According To The Percentage Of Toner Filling, And Compensate The Client For The Amount Of The Possible Number Of Prints At The Price Offered Cpp (Cost Per Printed Page)
