1. Comprehensive Delivery Including Sales And Provision Of Natural Gas Distribution Services For The Sports And Recreation Building Of The Swimming Pool Complex In Krzeszowice.2. Gas Should Be Supplied In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Specified In The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 And In The Implementing Regulations To This Act. 3. The Ordering Party Will Award A Contract For A Comprehensive Service, Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Point 30 Of The Energy Law, Implemented On The Basis Of The Comprehensive Agreement Referred To In Art. 5 Section 3 Of This Act. 4. The Supply Of Gas And The Provision Of Distribution Services Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis.5. The Estimated Consumption Of Natural Gas [Kwh] In The Period From September 6, 2026 To December 31, 2027 Is 1,870,000 Kwh. The Specified Amount Is An Estimate, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Changing The Quantity Of Received Natural Gas In The Range Of +/- 30% Without The Need To Incur Additional Costs.6. The Given Price Should Include All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E.: For The Supply Of Natural Gas And The Provision Of Distribution Services, Vat, Possible Discounts And Rebates And Other Costs Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order. The Gross Offer Price Will Be The Maximum Gross Value Of The Contract That Will Be Concluded With The Contractor.7. The Ordering Party Allows For Changes In Net Unit Prices During The Term Of The Distribution Agreement In The Event Of The Introduction Of New Distribution System Operator Tariffs Approved By The Decision Of The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office. The Price Offered For Gas Supply Is To Be Unchanged Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract.8. The Price For Fuel And Subscription Will Be Fixed Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, But Only Fixed And Variable Network Rates May Change, Unless These Rates Change As A Result Of The Approval Of The New Osd Tariff.9. The Ordering Party Is Not A Payer Of Excise Tax.10. Gas Should Be Delivered 24 Hours A Day To The Delivery And Reception Point, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network Owned By The Ordering Party To The Gas Network Of The System Operator. 11. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Standards And Quality Of Service To The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Applicable Energy Law Provisions. It Should Ensure Continuity Of Supplies Without Any Interruptions In Supplies And Have A Reserve Guaranteeing Continuity Of Supplies.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current Contract With The Distribution Network Operator (Except For The Operator Itself) Operating On The Ordering Partys Premises, Enabling The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel Via The Distribution Network To The Gas Collection Point.13. The Ownership Of The Gas Fuel Is Transferred To
