1. The Task Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel The Contract Award Procedure In The Event That Public Funds From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program, Which The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance The Order, Are Not Awarded To It (Article 310 Of The Act). 3. The Subject Of The Order - Including The Delivery And Assembly Of The Device: A Cold Store For 48 Bodies And A Freezer For 6 Bodies, Along With Equipment, For The Cold Store Of The Central Cemetery In Szczecin - Is Described In The Attachment No. 4 To Swz. 4. Warranty And Guarantee: 1) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order; The Warranty Period Is Extended By The Time Counted From The Date Of Detection Of The Defect To The Date Of Its Removal. 2) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order For The Period Proposed In The Offer, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol For The Subject Of The Order, 3) The Terms Of The Warranty Are Set Out In Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
