The Investment Will Be Financed In Accordance With The Contract No. Doi.Fm.Smpl.41.Lsor-Mod.2026.422.85 For Granting A Targeted Subsidy To Co-Finance The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Modernization Of The Helicopter Landing Pad At The Holy Spirit Specialist Hospital In Sandomierz. The Contractors Obligations Also Include The Development Of Updates To The Registration Documentation Of The Landing Site, I.E. Updating The Landing Site Operational Instructions (Inop) And The Rescue Plan (Pr) After The Modernization, Along With Agreeing On The Above. Documents At The Air Emergency Service (Inop+Pr) And At The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (Inop Only) And Then Submitting An Application To The President Of The Civil Aviation Office For An Update Of The Landing Site Registration Decision.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Attached Complete Technical And Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz Together With Annexes And The Draft Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
